Review a Registration Request
Learn how to process new eCertify company and signatory registrations using eCert Chamber by watching this
demonstration
and consulting the user guide below.
Each time an exporter or freight forwarder completes a registration form to register with your chamber, a Pending Registration record will be created awaiting your chamber’s approval.
Step 1
. From the Pending menu, select Registrations. The Pending Registrations window opens up displaying the list of registration requests pending your approval.
Step 2
. Click the
icon to view the details of the registration request.
Step 3
. Review the registration details.
Note:- Please take note of the Request Type as this tells you why the person is trying to register with your chamber. Further, the terms and conditions that the registrant agreed to at the time of registering are displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Approve a registration for a brand new member / non member
Step 1
. Select if this member is a member or non member of your chamber. If the company is a member, you can opt to enter when their membership will expire.
Step 2
. Either select a reply template to use as an email response to the registrant and click Add, or type the message you wish to send.
Step 3
. Click Approve. This will then take you to review the member details and configure the fees applicable to this member. Please see
Member Details
section of this User Guide.
The registrant will then receive an email to advise that their registration request has been approved.
Approve an additional signatory for a company that has already registered

Step 1.
Click the Mark as Pending button in the top right hand corner.
Step 2.
You can select a reply template from the dropdown list and click Add, or type the message you wish to send.
Step 3.
Click the Mark as Pending button. The registrant will receive an email to advise that their registration request has been marked as pending for the moment.
